Meet the Board: Providing Oversight and Guidance for the District
All financial and operational decisions must be approved by Valle Ambulance District’s Board of Directors. The Board is made up of six Directors, and the roles and responsibilities of each Board Director require that they provide fiscal and operational insight and oversight. Serving on the Board necessitates honesty and transparency; all Board meetings are open to the public, and meeting minutes are posted on the Valle Ambulance District website.
Members are elected by residents of the District and serve three-year terms. The Board holds meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Valle Ambulance District House 1, 12363 State Route 21 De Soto MO 63020.
