Help us save lives by learning CPR. Initiating CPR before first responders arrive is critical to increase the chances of survival.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) involves a series of actions aimed at restoring blood circulation and oxygenation to vital organs, particularly the brain, until advanced medical help arrives. CPR is crucial in situations such as cardiac arrest, drowning, choking, or suffocation. Learning how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) is a crucial skill that can significantly increase the chances of survival for someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.

AED training typically involves familiarizing oneself with the device's components, such as the pads and buttons, and understanding its operation through hands-on practice. Training courses cover topics like recognizing cardiac arrest, safely applying the AED pads to the victim's chest, following the device's voice prompts, and administering shocks if advised. Participants also learn to perform CPR in conjunction with AED use. These courses help individuals gain the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively use an AED in emergency situations.
